CTT OPFOR Lead – Cyber Support Operations

Decision Point Security Inc. is seeking a versatile Cyber Table Top (CTT) OPFOR lead analyst to develop conduct wargame and Red Team attack scenarios during CTT events. As a crucial member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in conducting tailored analyses for the cyber warfighter, ultimately enhancing the cyber resiliency of the nation’s weapon systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of Cyber Tabletop Exercises (CTTs) and Mission-Based Cybersecurity Risk Assessment (MBCRA) events.
  • Prepare, organize, and conduct CTTs for government stakeholders, providing comprehensive risk analysis reports highlighting cybersecurity vulnerabilities.
  • Demonstrate expertise in systems, cybersecurity practices, and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Exercise strong team leadership skills, overseeing a team of 3-6 members during each CTT.
  • Develop customized attack strategies targeting system vulnerabilities, coordinating large-scale wargames involving up to 100 participants.
  • Conduct meticulous risk-based analysis of findings and create comprehensive reports.
  • Present findings and insights to senior leadership within the Department of Defense.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance is required.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
  • Proven experience in team leadership and customer interaction.
  • Minimum of 9 years of experience, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Cyber or a related discipline from an accredited institution. An additional 4 years of Cyber experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.

Desired Expertise:

  • Familiarity with DEVOPS and/or Agile Methodology.
  • Background in Cyber Network Operations / Cyber Defense Operations.
  • Experience with Development, Test, and Evaluation (DT&E) and/or Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E).
  • Involvement in the development, configuration, or administration of DoD weapons systems, with a focus on surface and sub-surface systems.
  • Security+ certification or equivalent.
  • Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification or equivalent.
